Don't eat breakfast cereals that change the color of the milk because such cereals are highly processed and full of refined carbohydrates as well as chemical additives. For example; Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT) and Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA) are commonly used preservatives in breakfast cereals. These are added in cereal and other foods to keep them safe from going rancid so they have a longer shelf-life. Some studies indicate that certain persons may have difficulty metabolizing BHA and BHT, results in health and behavior changes as well as in certain cases metabolites of BHA and BHT may contribute to carcinogenicity. These preservatives are linked to increased hyperactivity and ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) in children. 

Food dyes are another most widely used and dangerous additives used in cereals. Allura Red (Red 40) is the most-widely used and consumed food dye which is derived from petroleum distillates or coal tars that can cause hypersensitivity (allergy-like) reactions and also trigger hyperactivity in children.
