Food Quality Matters Over Quantity

When it comes to eating, most of the time we choose quantity over quality. It happened to us because we easily get influenced by the supersizing of food and usually end up with overeating. 

When we go outside to eat we mostly choose food from the combos option instead of a regular meal because of getting a good deal at a lesser price and finally ended up with overeating. Few examples of such places are Pizza hut, Burger King, KFC, McDonald, etc, where we get combo deal at a pocket-friendly price.

The simplest way to eat high-quality food is to eat real food that comes from the ground, not from a box or a bag. what we need to do is understand the value of food. Just like we select our everyday clothes based on our comfort, we need to select our food also the same way. The food should give us comfort instead of making us uncomfortable with a sense of guilt. An eating routine based on quantity rather than quality results in overeating and undernourishment., which is in the long run responsible for many health problems.
