If so, then you should know about the different teas available and which one is good for you based on the antioxidant level. You all are eating loads of colorful fruits and vegetables to get ample antioxidants then why not use your morning love to add a boost to your health along with your food.
All tea comes from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Based on the processing method, tea is categorized into 5 basic styles. These are White, yellow, Green, Oolong, and Black Tea. 
Tea processing is consists of 5 basic steps that is Plucking, Withering (allowing the leaves to wilt and soften), Rolling (to shape the leaves and wring out the juices), Oxidizing, and Drying. 

Lesser the processing higher the antioxidant level and lower caffeine level and vice versa.
