- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
- Attempt to eat 4-6 meals per day
- Mid-morning and mid-evening snacks are as important as the main meal
- Dinner should be lighter than the other two meal
- Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day
- Try to consume carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in every meal
- Vegetables & Fruits are the best sources of vitamins and mineral
- Exercise (yoga, cardio, freehand) for at least 30 minutes
- Don’t go to bed just after dinner, give a minimum 90 minutes gap
- Make a lifestyle change – diets often fail
