Fat-soluble vitamins:-The fat-soluble vitamins are vit A(retinol), Vit D (cholecalciferol D3 & ergocalciferol D2), vit E(tocopherols & tocotrienols), and it K(phylloquinone & menaquinone). These vitamins are better absorbed into your bloodstream when you eat them with fat but a higher amount can cause toxicity in the body.

It is better to get all your micronutrients from the foods you eat rather than getting it from supplements. Supplements contain only specific nutrients that are listed on the label, but foods contain many more macronutrients, micronutrients, and other chemicals, like antioxidants that benefit health. It is not that your body needs all the vitamins and minerals in a huge amount for your body which is available in the supplement because certain vitamins can cause toxicity due to a higher amount.
